amanda + sean: old hollywood wedding

Growing up with four brothers, I couldn’t be happier that I got not one new sister-in-law, but two this year!  It was a whirlwind of weddings both happening within 6 months.  The styles may have been different, but the LOVE and JOY was overwhelmingly exciting for both!

Sean & Amanda got married in the heart of Los Angeles.  They wanted a classy traditional wedding with some Old Hollywood flair.  The ceremony was held at St. Brendans and reception at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel.  The venue set the stage so perfectly… the bride was camera ready in her gorgeous dress… metallic touches representative of the silver screen adorned the little details of the day.  My only wish is that it was a real movie so we could relive the amazing day over and over again!  Good thing the talents of JennaBeth Photography gave us memories in photos to cherish forever.

My brother wears his heart on his sleeve… so I knew the moment he saw his beautiful bride would be special.  But the big deep breath that turned to the biggest smile I have ever seen as she walked down the aisle was unforgettable.

Classic Hollywood postcards doubled as their guest book.  Talented actors of the era decorated wine bottles with quotes about love and marriage.  The wine also doubled as table numbers to guide guests once they received their envelopes at the entrance as a nod to Academy Awards.jennabethphotography4

Table 2 enjoyed my husband’s personal favorite quote from the project… “It is an extra dividend when you like the girl you have fallen in love with.” – Clark Gable

It may have been “THE END” of the day… but it is just the beginning for the rest of your story!  Welcome to the growing family Amanda!  Love you both!

Special thanks to my dear friends Kathy & Olivia who jumped in to help franny bee pull off the day.  I was so lucky to be able to enjoy the day knowing you were behind the scenes making magic happen!
